The location of this hotel is great, right in the heart of the CBD and close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment facilities. We were able to easily explore the city and even found a fantastic cafe for breakfast further down the street. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that our rooms were clean and towels were refreshed daily. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a comfy bed that allowed us to get a good night's sleep. the hotel offered great value for money with its convenient location, attentive staff, and basic amenities.

Position really close to puke ariki and only a short distance to pukekura park. A kitchen available. No complaints whatsoever, I would love to come back here some time. Very easy to get from New Plymouth airport, just 9 miles;))

Couldn't stay longer.

The rooms are clean and tidy, with daily cleaning service and fresh towels provided. The location is convenient, close to the center of town and within easy reach of the stunning rocky foreshore. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there are rooms available for the kids to play around and have fun.

No major complaints, everything was fine during my stay.

The reception opening hours are different (shorter) than indicated at Booked.net. When we arrived at 9pm, the reception was closed. We had to call recepionist. She drove within 10 minutes and give us our key.

We were in a downstairs unit and found the noise traveled down from the upstairs unit quite badly. The cleaning staff were quite loud as well, there was no chance of a sleep in unfortunately.

Great location. Self-catered rooms with everything you need for cooking. Hot water and multiple heaters in the room. Friendly and accommodating receptionist. Comfortable bed and clean linen. Tea and coffee facilities with fresh milk provided. Generous 5GB free Wi-Fi. A memorable stay.

No issues.

The location on a one way street,had some problem with the one way when turning on wrong street and having to go around the one way system. The shower control needed replacing when set on hot it gave cold water, think it is one of the old type. You ask whether or not I would recommend your motel I would not dissuade anyone from using ,the shower was a minor problem and younger people would be able to cope with the location on a one way street.I am 87 and traffic can be a problem for me.

I asked the staff member who showed us to our room if there was any music player. She said no then surprised us five minutes later with a stereo player that was spare in reception and that we could borrow for our stay. I was so impressed, we hadn't asked for it but she went out of her way to find one and bought it back. It made our stay extra special and was most appreciated : )

During my recent stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and clean room at Braemar Motor Inn. The bed provided a restful night's sleep and the overall cleanliness of the room was commendable. Despite being a budget accommodation, the room was well-maintained and had a pleasing aesthetic. The location was also convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and activities. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend this motel for its value and comfortable accommodations.

The motel had a great location, just a short walk from the town center and close to a beautiful coastal walkway. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the towels provided were fresh and plentiful.

The room itself was a disappointment. The walls were an unappealing shade of yellow, and the bed cover looked dirty.

If you want to attract visitors, you must have internet access available Only one point in kitchen for 3 electrical appliances, is not good enough The shower in our bathroom was leaking
